Eric C. Hayden
1615 Forum PI 4th Floor
West Palm Beach, Florida 33401
Mr. Hayden concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle negligence, and other personal injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a well-respected Miami law firm where he gained valuable experience representing large corporations and land/ship owners against similar claims. This experience provides him with inside knowledge of how these companies operate and how to best advocate for his clients against them and maximize case value. Mr. Hayden has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has represented clients in international arbitration proceedings. He is the past Chair of the Palm Beach County Justice Association’s Young Lawyer Board, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers 2023 and by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2017.
Mr. Hayden earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school he served as a law clerk with the 15th Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach, worked at a prominent South Florida litigation firm, and interned with the international talent agency William Morris Endeavor. Before law school, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing, and is an active participant in the UF Alumni Association.
When he’s not representing clients, Mr. Hayden enjoys weekend adventures with his mini-me Owen and wife Bettina, cheering on the Gators, and working on his kitchen skills in case he’s ever offered his own cooking/reality show.
